INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Considering holidaying in beautiful Bermagui? The houses and apartments offered for holiday
rental are people's holiday homes and vary from the simple to the luxurious. An honest appraisal
is given of the condition and features of all properties. We ask that you respect the owners'
property and please consider your selection of holiday accommodation carefully.
All properties are fully self-contained, however, you do need to bring your own bed linen, sheets,
towels, pillowcases, tea towels and beach towels. It's a good idea to bring along a few pantry
supplies you will need such as bread, milk, sugar, tea and coffee as well as toilet paper and soap.

Index
Tariffs
- Tariff is to be paid in full prior to occupancy, payment can be made by cash, cheque,
EFTPOS or credit card. Keys will not be given out unless full payment has been made. Tariffs
quoted are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. In the event
of a tariff increase, bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff
at the time of booking.

Bookings and deposits
- To secure your booking a deposit of half of the total rental is to be paid. If a deposit
has not been received by the due date your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Peak seasons
- Christmas and January bookings require payment in full by October 30th. Easter bookings
require payment in full by March 1st.

Cancellations
- Deposits paid for bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival date will be refunded
the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 45 days prior
to arrival date will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee, only if a subsequent booking is
available for the property on the same dates. No deposit will be refunded for bookings cancelled
less than 45 days prior to arrival date if no replacement booking is available for the property on
the same dates.
- In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or Agent. A full refund
will apply.
- Marshall & Tacheci Real Estate reserves the right to terminate the tenancy if these conditions
are not adhered to.

Arrival/Departure Times
- Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and the premises must be vacated by 10am on
the day of departure. If you intend to arrive after hours please call prior to your arrival
for keybox instructions. A call out fee of $25.00 will apply for staff call outs after hours.
Our normal business hours for property management are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Inclusions
- The property is fully self contained excluding house linen. You are required to provide your
own sheets, towels, tea-towels and pillowcases. Additional cleaning services and linen hire can
be arranged at a nominal charge.

Pets
- No pets are permitted at the holiday property. If animals are found at the premises the
occupants will automatically be liable for the cost of fumigating the premises and tenancy will
be terminated.

Guest Responsibilities
- As the guest you are responsible for damages, breakages and any losses during your stay.
Please report any damage or breakages promptly. Please do not enter any areas designated as
private by the owners.
- Guests are requested to leave the property in a similar condition to how it was found. Excess
cleaning costs (including dishwashing) will otherwise apply.
- Garbage may be put out for collection in the bins provided. All excess garbage must be taken
to the rubbish tip in Strudwicks Road on departure or a $25.00 Rubbish Removal Charge will apply.
- Guests are not to use language or behave in a manner likely to cause offence or embarrassment to
neighbours or other tenants.
