CENTRAL TILBA (a National Tust Village)&
TILBA TILBA
Wonderfully historic yet genuinely alive villages. With a population of approximately 100 residents much of Central Tilba comprises interesting art and craft shops.
Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba are nestled in the foothills of Mt Dromedary (Gulaga) with uniquely "Tilba" turn of the century timber dwellings classified by the National Trust.
The countryside around Tilba offers some of the richest soils to be found. Surrounding the township is rich dairy land and many smaller rural allotments in the bush area to the north.
