Numbers of vacant residential blocks in Bermagui continue to diminish. At Bermagui Heights Estate the last six blocks available in the presently subdivided land have been released. They range in price from $131,000 to $180,000.
With one block under contract as at the first week of May, 5 blocks remain.
The most recent subdivision in West Street Bermagui was sold out, prior to the subdivision works being completed and we are seeing many new house constructions commence on what vacant land remains.
