Real Estate Seminar Scams! There are a number of "real estate investing" and "mezzanine financing" seminars doing the rounds at present.
One of the seminars costs around $10,000 to attend and is presented by what appears as a successful national "training" organisation.
The seminars just don't deliver the goods. What is worse however is that some of the strategies suggested could eventuate in consumers losing their family homes.
