25th JULY 2003- Bermagui has become the first township in the region to break the $1 million dollar barrier for the sale of a residential house.
The sale of the large beachfront residence at the asking price of $1,030,000 was made by this office earlier this week. It evidences the strong buyer confidence in Bermagui for this type of prime property and the recognition of the unique attractiveness of the area. There were a number of interested buyers vying for the property.
