September 04 has proved hotter for both the weather and the sales. We've had a good number of residential house sales spread around the Wallaga Lake area from Fairhaven Point through to Akolele.
Purchasers have been buying very good value when compared with replacement building cost and the favoured price range is around the early $300,000's mark.
The sense here is that the forthcoming elections are creating little effect in the way of home buyers holding off. The announcement of a firm date seems to have had a positive effect.
