After an 18 month period of rapidly escalating price levels on the NSW South Coast, the market reached peak price levels in October and November 2003.
Whilst the South Coast has seen some of the most dramatic increases, the situation has been an Australia wide phenomena. Having personally surveyed agents from around Australia it is also interesting to observe how uniformly this peak occurred in all areas in the October to November 2003 period.
In our office, June sales figures strengthened again as buyers responded to price changes that offered better value than pre-Christmas levels.
